BARK is more than an agency — we began in 2015 as the first China-facing MCN in the West, and in 2017, we started incubating UK-based China-focused influencers, including Max’s Food Adventure (4M+ followers).
Evolving with the digital landscape, we became a key marketing partner for brands entering China, especially during COVID-19. Our strength lies in understanding both content and audience, helping brands truly connect with Chinese consumers by bridging cultural gaps with impactful storytelling.
FEATURED PROJECTS

UK Government
We partnered with the UK government on the GREAT Digital & E-commerce Campaign in China (Oct 2024 – Mar 2025), featuring 177 UK food and drink brands. It achieved 4.3 million exposures and £1.6 million in sales. We also built lasting partnerships with influencers, e-retailers, and private domain channels to continue promoting British products.

Department for Business & Trade
We created five educational and fun videos to promote British food and drink on our influencer channel Max’s Food Adventure across major digital platforms in China, reaching 3 million followers. These videos gained 7.9 million exposures, 3.5 million views, and 200k engagements.

MOUTAI
We supported Moutai in promoting its brand at a tennis legends tournament in London, primarily sponsored by Armani. Our work included event setup, match and product filming, and promotional material production. The campaign was a great success and boosted Moutai’s presence internationally.

LNER
Partnering with LNER’s Chinese social agency, we produced a series of five short videos for LNER’s social channels in China including Red Note and WeChat, to educate Chinese tourists about everything they need to know when taking a train journey with LNER.

Manchester City FC
Working closely with Manchester City Football Club, we created a captivating video series titled '100 Reasons to Love Man City’ that showcases the essence of MCFC through the eyes of Chinese influencers. The viewership and engagements were much higher than MCFC’s regular content.

The Lakes Distillery
We conducted pre-market launch research and analysis for the Lakes Distillery, providing market and consumer insights, competitive analysis, e-commerce audit, localised brand positioning and social media strategy.

Vitabiotics
We grew Vitabiotics’ Douyin presence with content and paid media, reaching 30M+ views, 500% follower growth, and 100M+ impressions — establishing it as Douyin’s top European supplement brand.

Holland & Barrett
By partnering with sales-driven influencers and using Bilibili’s paid media tools, we boosted sales on Holland & Barrett’s Tmall store with strong ROI. We also supported top Chinese influencers during live selling events at the London flagship store.
